I studied cooking, baking and food chemistry in a university lab. I have years of experience as a professional test kitchen recipe developer.
I’ve done everything from 1:1 nutrition counseling to food product development, nutrition analysis for restaurants, and technical baking support for bakeries, but it’s my greatest pleasure to put the years of food science to work for YOU!
I also write for Chatelaine magazine as a resident food scientist, recipe developer and cooking school columnist.
