I studied medical nutrition therapy as well as cooking, baking and food chemistry in a university lab. I have years of experience as a professional test kitchen recipe developer.
I’ve done everything from 1:1 nutrition counseling to food product development, nutrition analysis for restaurants, and technical baking support for bakeries, but it’s my greatest pleasure to put the years of food science to work for YOU!
I currently work full time as a food writer and recipe developer for Foodess, freelance, and in-house for Chatelaine magazine (as resident food scientist and cooking school columnist).
I live in Vancouver, Canada, with my hungry husband, our three little cupcakes, Theo, Everett and Miles.
