My Madras Lentils with cream sauce is a ultra-yummy vegetarian curry with lentiuls and red kidney beans as the hero ingredients. Its also known as dal makhani. 

The sauce it tomato + cream-based. You’re gonna want to mop it up with a side of wam roti; that’s for sure. 

Masoor Dal
