Want to make your own flatbread pizza? This recipe is ridiculously simple and will give you a thin, crispy pizza. I love making it when I have extra flatbread in the fridge that I don't know what to do with. Leisurely lunch or dinner - presto!
Notes
Preheat the baking sheet: A hot sheet ensures a crispy, evenly cooked crust.
Shred your own cheese: Freshly shredded cheese melts smoother than pre-shredded.
Go easy on toppings: Keep it light to avoid a soggy or heavy pizza.
Switch up sauces: Try pesto, garlic butter, or alfredo for variety.
Add fresh finishes: Top with basil, arugula, or balsamic glaze after baking.
