Ingredients

baguette
sliced into rounds
Avocado, cream cheese, ricotta, or mascarpone
assorted veggies
sliced, shredded, and/or shaved with a mandoline
capers, pickled vegetables, or a squeeze of lemon
flaky salt
Instructions
Spread the avocado or cheese on the baguette slices, then top with remaining toppings and a good sprinkling of salt.
