Ingredients

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions

  • Combine the teaspoon garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Mix in olive oil to form a paste.
  • Coat the frozen chicken breasts with the spice mixture. Try to cover them as evenly as possible.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
  • Cook for 25-35 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts. Halfway through the cooking time, flip the chicken breasts to ensure even cooking.
  • The chicken is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after cooking before serving.
