- 2 tbsp smoked paprika or more regular paprika
- 2 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp ground coriander
