Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing a 1-inch overhang on each side.
In a microwaveable bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, corn syrup and salt. Cook on 50% power for 1 minute, stir, and repeat in 30-second intervals until most of the chocolate chips are melted; stir to melt the chips that remain.
Pour over the marshmallows in a large bowl and stir to thoroughly combine. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread out evenly. Sprinkle the top with sea salt. Cool completely in the refrigerator before cutting into 16 squares.
Notes
No-bake & quick: Just melt, mix and chill — no oven required.Natural PB: Natural peanut butter keeps them from being too sweet; give it a good stir first.Don't melt the marshmallows: Let the chocolate mixture cool slightly so the marshmallows stay whole and pillowy.Salt on top: A sprinkle of flaky sea salt balances the sweetness beautifully.
