Beet & Pomegranate Glow Smoothie
A ruby-hued powerhouse beet smoothie packed full of nutrients and antioxidants. Refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days.

Ingredients

cups
coconut water
2
cups
fresh or frozen raspberries
½
cup
fresh or frozen pomegranate arils
½
large red apple
coarsely chopped
1
medium beet
peeled and coarsely chopped
2
tbsp
chia or flax seeds
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in blender container in the order listed and process on high speed for 30 seconds or until completely smooth.
Notes
if you don’t have a high-powered blender, use pre-cooked and cooled beet rather than raw.
