Beet & Pomegranate Glow Smoothie

A ruby-hued powerhouse beet smoothie packed full of nutrients and antioxidants. Refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen pomegranate arils
  • ½ large red apple coarsely chopped
  • 1 medium beet peeled and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chia or flax seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in blender container in the order listed and process on high speed for 30 seconds or until completely smooth.

Notes

if you don’t have a high-powered blender, use pre-cooked and cooled beet rather than raw.
