A refreshing homemade peach shaved ice made with real peaches and a simple blender. No syrup bottles, no artificial flavors—just juicy fruit and fluffy crushed ice.
Blend peaches, water, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
Transfer to a saucepan and simmer for 5–7 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
Cool the syrup completely in the fridge, about 2 hours.
Blend the ice cubes and water until finely crushed. Drain off any excess water using a fine mesh sieve.
Scoop about 1 cup of crushed ice into bowls. Drizzle with ¼ cup peach syrup. Serve right away.
Notes
Frozen peaches work just as well—just thaw them first.
To chill the syrup faster, transfer it to a zip-top bag and submerge it in an ice bath.
Leftover syrup keeps well in the fridge for up to 7 days. You can use it on yogurt, pancakes, or even in drinks.
