Preheat air fryer to 375°F. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, pepper and oil.
Rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork.
Air fry 10 minutes, flip, then continue cooking 19-24 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 140ºF. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing. It’ll rise to the perfect internal temperature of 145ºF during resting.
Serve drizzled with the juices from the bottom of the air fryer. SO YUMMY.
