Season the broccoli: Toss broccoli with oil in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper and optional seasonings (if using). Sprinkle over broccoli, along with parmesan (if using) and toss to combine well.
Air fry: Transfer broccoli to the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes, shake the basket, then continue cooking until broccoli is crisp-tender and slightly charred, 3-6 minutes more.
Finish: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the broccoli before serving (if using).

The broccoli is tasty even with just oil and salt, but the optional seasonings take it to the next level. I could eat the whole basket!With the air fryer, using less oil can make your food crispier than using more oil.
