Notes
Freezing some marshmallows and chocolate chips will give you some intact marshmallows and chocolate chips in the final treats. Otherwise everything just melts. 5 ½ cups mini marshmallows is one 10-oz bag. Heat must be on low or you’ll over-cook the marshmallows, making your treats hard instead of soft and gooey.A little water on your hands makes it much easier to handle the sticky mixture to press it into the pan.For an even more delicious treat, try adding some chopped candy bars, milk chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor, and/or sprinkle them with sea salt at the end to delight grown-up tastebuds. Enjoy your irresistible chocolatey creation!
