Almond Butter Date Smoothie
This deliciously creamy and indulgent smoothie is filling, nutritious and tastes like dessert.

Ingredients

cups
milk

frozen bananas

dates
(pitted)

tbsp
cocoa powder
4
tbsp
almond butter

cup
ice cubes
(optional)
dash
maple syrup
(optional)
Instructions
Combine milk, bananas, dates, cocoa and almond butter in the blender container and process until completely smooth, about 30 seconds on high power.
Add the ice cubes and blend again if a thicker smoothie is desired, or blend in a bit of sugar or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
