Seasonings for Meatloaf
- 1 ½ tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried parsley flakes
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 ¼ tsp kosher salt
To Make Meatloaf
- 2 pounds ground meat beef, pork, chicken, or turkey
- ¾ cup bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup milk or water

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13" baking dish by spraying with non-stick spray or lining with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley flakes, paprika, black pepper, and kosher salt. Stir in the bread crumbs, eggs, milk (or water), and ketchup until well combined.
Add the ground meat to the bowl and mix with your hands to incorporate all the ingredients thoroughly. Shape the mixture into a loaf, approximately 9-10 inches long and 2-3 inches high, and place it on the prepared baking dish.
Bake for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
