- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix or Knorr
- ¾ cup bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup water
- ⅓ cup ketchup
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9x13" sheet pan or baking dish with non-stick cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
In a big bowl, mix together all the listed ingredients.
Mold the mixture into a loaf shape (approximately 9-10 inches in length, 2-3 inches in height) and place it on the prepared pan. Cook uncovered for 45 minutes to an hour, until internal temperature reaches 165ºF. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
