Indulge in the simplicity of this 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge. Perfect for a quick sweet treat, it combines creamy peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk for a rich, melt-in-your-mouth fudge that's ridiculously easy to make.
Prepare the Pan: Line an 9x5" inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
Combine Ingredients: Combine peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave the mixture for 2 minutes on 50% power. Stir until smooth. It’ll still be runny. Microwave on high power for 1 minute and stir again. Now it’ll be thick and fudgy.
Alternatively, you can use the stovetop method: In a medium saucepan, combine the peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and thickens up.
Transfer and Set: Scrape the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Slice and Serve: Lift the fudge out of the pan using the overhanging parchment paper. Cut into squares and serve cold from the fridge. (Or see note below on how to make it firmer!)

Notes
For a Firmer Texture:
This is a soft, creamy fudge with the texture of a soft caramel candy. I love this texture, but it's best served cold from the fridge. It's very soft at room temperature.
To make it a firm fudge, melt in 1 bag of peanut butter chips with the other ingredients. That's 10-12 oz, or 1 2/3 to 2 cups of chips. White chocolate chips work too!
Toppings:
To add a topping like sprinkles, nuts, or mini chocolate chips, sprinkle over the fudge while it's still warm, before setting.
To add sea salt, add once the fudge is set or it will dissolve on top.
Sweetened Condensed Milk FAQ:In the US, sweetened condensed milk is measured by weight and a can is 14 oz; elsewhere it’s measured by volume and it’s 300 mL. It is the same quantity inside the can.
