Ingredients

frozen banana
broken in chunks
½
cup
cooked and cooled sweet potato
in chunks
2
pitted dates
¼
tsp
cinnamon
¼
tsp
vanilla extract

cup
milk
Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender container in the order listed and secure lid. Start on low speed, then gradually increase to high and blend for 30-40 seconds, until completely smooth.
