Ingredients
  

  • 1 frozen banana broken in chunks
  • 1/2 cup cooked and cooled sweet potato in chunks
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in blender container in the order listed and secure lid. Start on low speed, then gradually increase to high and blend for 30-40 seconds, until completely smooth.
