Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 100% orange juice
  • ΒΌ cup kefir or plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp manuka or other honey
  • β…“ oz piece of ginger about 1" of root
  • β…› tsp ground turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend for about 30 seconds, until smooth and frothy.
