    New Baby!


    From my cozy corner of the sofa with a 6-lb bundle of swaddled baby in my arms, I just wanted to say a quick hello and let you know I haven’t forgotten about you! Everett Andrew was born last week, and I have just been enjoying all the snuggles while resting and recovering from a c-section.

    My mama has been here to help out, which has been such a lifesaver.  So I’ve been cherishing my time with her, too, and just enjoying a bit of peace and quiet (surprising, with a newborn and a toddler, but it has actually been very calm and relaxed).  She’s been cooking for us and taking Theo out to the playground, and painting at the kitchen table in her downtime (she’s an artist with a blog, and has been working on a fantastic 30 paintings in 30 days challenge – go say hi!)

    Anyway,  just wanted to pop in to say hello! Thank you for all your lovely emails and comments on Facebook and Instagram, I’m basking in the glow of all the love.
