    Hi from Prince Edward Island…

    Hiya friends! Just wanted to send you some love from paradise – I’m on vacation on Prince Edward Island (PEI) Canada’s smallest province, off the coast of New Brunswick in the North Atlantic ocean. I escaped on an unannounced hiatus, and have been taking some much needed “unplugged” time with baby and family.

    PEI is one of my favourite places on earth – it’s got New England flavour with an unmistakeably Canadian warmth* and casualness. The people are friendly, the landscape is gorgeous (think rolling hills and immaculately groomed farmlands against ruby cliffs and sapphire seas) and the waters are chock full of delicious things to eat. We got married here last year. You should visit.

    We just spent the afternoon floating on salty waves and now we’re on our way to our second lobster meal of the day. Yup.

    I’ll be back the first week of September! Hope you’re enjoying the gorgeous bounty of August farmers market treasures. XO
